Quick Ramen!

Soup base and Chicken marinade:
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
1 tsp Chinese five spice
1 tsp chilli powder
1 inch ginger finely chopped
2-3 tbsp Sesame oil 
Salt per taste
1 finely chopped onion

Mix all the above ingredients. Butterfly cut the chicken and marinade with a 1/3 of the marinade. For those who hate math like me, just use enough to have a light coat of the marinade. 

Heat some sesame oil in a pan and add the chopped onion with a bit of ginger garlic paste and lightly fry till its turns to a golden brown. Add the leftover marinade and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and let it simmer on a low flame while you cook the chicken.

Take a wee bit of oil and cook it on a griddle or a regular frying pan.

Once everything is ready, layer the noodles and place the chicken on top. Add soup and slurp away!
