Puts on a poncho....

Takes 3 green chillies and chops them nice and fine. Takes two avocados and cubes them into small cubes. Adds the chillies, a dash of tabasco, half a lime's juice, salt and pepper turn into an waka mole.... (pssst... check out the detailed recipe of the humble waka mole!) https://goo.gl/UPW7vK

1 finely diced tomato, other half of the lime, a drizzle of vinegar, tobasco, 1/2 tsp sugar, some paprika and salt turn into a Salsa.


He then starts slicing chicken breasts into thin strips and marinades them with 1 tsp Tabasco sauce, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 lime and 1/2 tbsp of honey. While the chicken rests, he heads to a Tesco to buy some Doritos...

Note to self: Ponchos are not the best winter attire in Edinburgh!






Fry the chicken in a pan and with some onions and bell peppers. Add these in only after the chicken is cooked so that they remain crispy enough when you eat it. Melt some cheese on top and Ay Ay Ay Ariba Ariba.. Fajitas!
