Spicy as 'feck' Scotch Bonnet and Squash soup!

You'll need:
Arctic level snow and winds to build up the mood
2 finely diced red onions
1 sweet pepper
2 scotch bonnet chillies (this should honestly depend on your Scoville tolerance)
1 finely diced butternut squash
1 can coconut milk
1 whole garlic crushed

Douse all those good things with olive oil, salt, pepper. Pop it in the oven on full whack till there's a few burnt ends on the veg. Put it in a sauce pan and add the coconut milk. Cook it down till it thickens and use a hand blender to create a creamy consistency!
