Salmon two ways!

Red marinade:
1 tsp 
paprika
2 inch grated 
ginger root
2 tsp dark 
soy sauce
1 tsp 
teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp 
hoisin
1 tbsp 
honey
1 tbsp 
sriacha hot sauce

Green marinade:
3 tbsp green 
pesto
4 finely chopped 
greenchillies

Slather these mixes all over the salmon, top it up with some 
parmesan cheese.

Pop it in the oven for about 30 mins at 160° and then broil it under a gril for about 7-8 minutes at full whack!
